i have decided to start working out. i am losing so much energy, and before it is too late, i am getting my health back. i want to at least lose 10lbs. by spring break, and i think i am on a good track so far. i have had no soda since the first of jan. i have increased my calcium, vegetable and fruit intake. i hope this go round i will stick to something and not look back in regret of the time i coulda sholda woulda.
so tomorrow makes the official day that i do something active. i dont want to call it a diet but more of a lifestyle change. so you guys keep me in prayer and i will do the same for you:)
